Spotlighting sustainable suppliers in film and TV
The Sustainability Showcase on 9 July at Pinewood Studios is designed for experienced film and TV crews to meet sustainable suppliers and learn about the different innovative solutions in person.
Crews are being asked to reduce fuel use, manage waste, support and find cleaner options – often without enough time, budget or clear information.
We focus on what crews need now – cleaner power, smarter kit, better waste choices and options that support BAFTA albert requirements without slowing production down.
Spaces are limited. Please reserve your spot to receive priority news, supplier announcements and event updates as they are released.
“Building on the success of our involvement with other industry events, and the work that we continue to do with suppliers, this years showcase is the natural next step. The feedback we’ve been getting from both crew and suppliers is clear. Crew want practical solutions, direct access to suppliers and answers they can use on real productions. We’re bringing that together in one place. Focused, useful and built around the realities of set.”

On the day, attendees will be able to:
- Meet sustainable suppliers from production, camera, lighting and energy
- Ask questions about cost, logistics and availability
- See sustainable kit and technology up close
- Compare options for power, transport, lighting and production
- Hear what is working on sets and location now

- Be empowered to make better decisions with confidence
- Join masterclasses about hydrogen, electric fleets and batteries.
Suppliers and solutions
The chosen exhibitors will be offering new solutions for crews and productions – innovative, efficient and useful options that can reduce environmental impact in practical ways.
You can ask the questions that matter on production:
- Will it work for my location?
- What does it cost?
- How much space does it need?
- What crew support is required?
- Can it replace what we already use?
The masterclasses will cover:
Hydrogen 101
presented by GeoPura
The potential of hydrogen power, how it compares to diesel generators, and what productions need to plan for.
How to implement a fully electric fleet
Can batteries really power our set lighting?

The Sustainability Showcase
Spotlighting suppliers in film & TV
Join us on Thursday 9th July at Pinewood Studios
Who is the showcase for?
The Sustainability Showcase is designed for experienced crew who are already working across film and TV production.
Priority will be given to crew working in production, lighting and camera. Other departments are welcome if space is available.
This event is built for people who need to understand what is available, what is useful, and what could work on their next production.
Come to see the kit, question the suppliers, compare options and speak with other crew already using new technology and lower-impact products on set.
You will come away with clear, useful knowledge you can take back into prep and production, including:
- Supplier contacts you can use
- Better questions to ask during prep
- A clearer view of sustainable kit and services
- Practical options for reducing fuel, waste and emissions
- A stronger understanding of what works for studios, locations and departments
- Ideas that can support BAFTA albert reporting and production planning
Come ready to ask, compare and take what works.

We want this to be a useful day for working crews — focused, practical and built around real production needs.
Spaces are limited so we can keep the event relevant, manageable and valuable for those attending. Further event details, supplier announcements and full masterclass timings will be shared soon, giving you a clearer view of what will be covered on the day.
This showcase is designed for experienced industry professionals who are already working in film and TV. It is not intended as an entry-level event, student showcase or careers introduction.
We want to bring the right people together to ask better questions, see what is available and take useful ideas back into production.
Our aim is to make sustainable production easier to understand, easier to plan, easier to budget and easier to put into practice. This showcase brings crews, suppliers and practical knowledge together — so better choices can be made earlier, costed clearly and carried through production.
